Thank Goodness!

     There is a little icon here on the blog building menu that seems to imply that you can upload pictures. Thank goodness!

     My real estate experience is pretty thin, to be honest. But if there's one thing I can do in this world, it's create original pictures and post them on the internet. 

     Let's test it out, shall we? 

     Oh snap! It works! 

     I don't currently own any classic New York brownstones with a stoop. But I drew this picture of a bunch of old-school brownstones, and I own the picture. In this illustrated sense, I guess I own a lot of real estate, because I've got stacks of original drawings of houses and apartment buildings. 

     How many real estate people can draw their own houses? Or for that matter, how many animation artists ever become interested in real estate? 

     I suppose if they're out there, we'll find each other soon enough. 

     In the meantime, I'll keep posting about my progress as I work towards my first rental property. 

   And I'll always include some of my own drawings.
