HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have deemed this year to be a year of:

 

ACTION

 

Ok we all have these goals and these aspirations and that is all good. However one can think of wanting to do this and to do that however if you do not take action how far will we truly go.

 

There was this man who would pray daily, God make me win the lottery, make me win the lottery. Day after day his main prayer was for winning the lottery. Eventually he goes to heaven and upon meeting God he asks him. Lord everyday while on earth I have asked you to make me win the lottery but you never did. God responded "It would really have helped me if you bought a ticket".

 

So, I have been taking action but this time it really focused. I went on Realtor.com and research 3 locations that I’m interested in. I pulled out about two dozen listing and fax letters of intent. I learned about researching areas, getting familiar with different site, and structuring my letters of intent to purchase.

 

At first I was in knots, I felt inadequate, and then the more listings I was pulling and researching the more fun it got. I was purposely offering between 30 to 65 cents on the dollar depending on the location I was looking at.

 

Also, I finalized a webmaster for my website. I need to move forward with my web presence so I confirmed theweb design contract and budgeted for my postcard advertising.
