Woo hoo! Agent notified me that my offer was accepted! @biggerprockets podcasts are amazing and have motivated me all the way!!

For those of you who are still working on your first deal, just keep analyzing deals and making offers where the numbers make sense.

That is exactly what I am doing. Just keep analyzing and making offers. Just remember your paying for value, and what value you give a property, doesn't have to agree with the seller.
