Access Financing Is A Government Thingie

I had an interview with a SCORE representative and I asked him a critical question "Can I procure a grant or loan for doing a start up in real estate." I was holding onto the arms of my office chair because I believed as an individual I would not be eligible...after a deadening sound of silence...about 10-sec. He said "I apologize but I had to research that myself...and he said two words: "Access Financing." 

Of course he did not know what that was...he was a clerk and not a SCORE counselor. I made the assumption that he was...Anyways. here is the link I Googled the words Access Financing and US business and generated the link at http://business.usa.gov/access-financing#wizard-step-id-1 -- it is a survey to determine where a real estate investor would be placed...
