My First Wholesale Deal

After I lost my job back in 2008 as a customer service specialist. I found myself looking online for ways to make quick money. I literally googled “quick ways to make money.” For some reason, one of the first options that came up was wholesaling real estate. So I read on it and I was wowed from the jump. I am reading about how to make $10,000 in 30 days or less! Nothing could be more lucrative than this.

So I studied how to work this business. I studied and studied and studied. If there was a test on how to wholesale real estate, I promise you, I could answer any question you had and ace the test. But with all that studying, I was nervous to use what I learned and apply it to the business. This was new to me. So I looked for guidance. I joined a few groups and surrounded myself with people that spoke real estate, slept real estate, made love to real estate but most importantly they were actually making money in real estate.....
