Are There Still Wholesale Deals

What's up all you investors out there? Just wanted to right up a quick blog because I am seeing nothing but bad news about wholesale deals. If you don't know by now, I wholesale real estate in Las Vegas so my opinion is based solely on my market but I am sure with the practices applied, you will be able to duplicate what I am doing. 

I strongly believe there are still wholesale deals in Las Vegas and everywhere else when you know how to market and weed out the opportunities.  A lot of investors mistakes is that they are looking for deals. In theory you can not find a deal but you can find opportunities and I make sure to line myself up in front of as many opportunities as possible. 

This check below is from a seller that marketed the property on BP back in November. For some reason nobody other than myself responded to the ad. I guess they were looking for deals and I was looking for the opportunity to get a deal. I called her and after a brief 5 minute conversation and a few emails, here are the results: 

As you see the date on that check is right before Christmas. Who couldn't use an extra $3,500 for the holidays? Because I am following my philosophy of looking for opportunities and not deals, my team and I are now working on another 8 properties and looking to close another by December 30th (Right before new years). 

I am here to say that wholesale is still very much alive and it will treat you the way you treat it. If you show this business the respect it deserves, it will repay you when you least expect it.
