Investor Team Present at all Viewings

Do you agree that when viewing foreclosure property that you have your realtor, general contractor and HUD inspector be present with you when viewing potential investment properties or do you think it is a waste of time?  Will they eventually stop attending with you if there is no purchase.  Does having them all with you give a competitive edge at getting the property quicker than your competition?
