Cash Buyers

As a new investor, I was wondering if anyone could help me with finding private money lenders?  I am NOT looking for hard money.  I am looking for people that have CASH to buy and close fast.  If anyone can help me with that, please let me know.  Again, I am still new at this, and could use a little help walking through the process.  I do have a great amount of knowledge.  I am currently looking at a property on the shoreline that has the potential for about a 100k in equity or more.  I have not put in an offer on this house, because I want to make sure that I can have a buyer lined up.  I would even wholesale this deal, or sell it to an end buyer for a cut of the profits.  That can be discussed later on.  If anyone has any help for me on this, please let me know.
