Private Money Investors Needed

I am currently looking for Private Money Investors to assist me in purchasing properties at significant discounts.  I have a few deals that are currently being worked on that will make either a great monthly profit or a single large profit.  I have found some properties that can be purchased for 40%-55% of ARV.  I am looking for the funding to purchase them.  I have been working on building my team for the past 8 months.  I have put together some great minds in the business.  We are now at the point that we need the funding to move forward.  I am still a newbie at this business, but have alot of the necessary resources in place with the knowledge to make this business move forward.  If you are interested or know someone that is interested, then please contact me so that we can discuss this further, and we can begin our business relationship.  I am offering bird dog fees of $500 for each sucessfull deal that we put together.  I look forward to hearing from you.
