Opportunity knocks often in life.  Sometimes, we are albe to open the door when the knock comes and sometimes we are not.

 A few years ago, a couple business partners flipped some property in a 1031 exchange and we were able to construct a 3-story, 33385 sq. ft Class A office building (one of a kind) on Panama City Beach.

As real estate markets began to take a plunge and as investors with no staying power throughout the market place dropped to the sidlines, this property was included in that activity.

 Today, we find ourselves with a beautiful property in need of a business partner which would insure long term staying power to the project -- one that would gain the opportunity of huge upside in the market place when things turn.

Panama City Beach and the Bay County area has a new airport underconstruction and our real estate building is located 2.5 miles from the corridor to the airport.  We are geographically positioned to take advantage of the growth coming our way.
