My WHY!!
This post is a little about why I am doing this. We all have a reason why we do what we do whether it is working at a local grocery store or becoming a entrepreneur. Your WHY drives you to, get you out of bed and reaching your goals.
WHY1
I am a former Marine. I was a 2111 Small Arms Repair Tech. I fixed small arms and maintained security of the weapons. I had more responsibility before I could drink a beer then most people have there whole lives. I ran two armories and I was responsible for taking one armory from near disaster to passing inspection with flying colors. This is part of my WHY. No employers care about this. They say I have no management experience. Only I know what myself and a few others know what I can do. I want to be challenged. Call me weird but I loved those days when I was told by my officer to do ten things hours ago, or when I got the knock on the door at 0200.
WHY2
I want to spend time enjoying my kids (when they come) I want to take them to school and pick them up. I want to enjoy life, not work all my life. Although I do enjoy keeping busy I would like to work and live on my terms not the boss mans.
WHY3
I am one of the few people (you too are most likely part of the few too) that doesn’t believe in a good job. I don’t want to get fired for some stupid reason. I don’t want to climb the cooperate ladder I want to build it.
