Why did I create this blog?

I created this blog to help investors transition from SFR to multifamily and apartment building investments. 

I will share lessons I've learned throughout my real estate investment path.

I will try to focus on providing reliable and realistic information on multifamily investments in Texas. 

Why Texas? because that’s what I know best and where I have invested my efforts and accumulated my education and experience.

Having said that, a lot of the information you will find on this blog will probably be relevant for investing in multifamily properties in other markets and even investing in other asset types.

If you got here I assume you’re already sold on the idea of real estate as an investment vehicle and I won’t try to convince you how great it can be but I will try to help you see why I believe multifamily properties are the best sub category of real estate to invest in at this point of time.
