- Take the title of real estate investments in the name of an LLC.
- You want to split the real estate holding into multiple LLCs. It’s not advised to have more than three properties on an LLC.
- Set up your LLC sooner rather than later.
- LLCs are a 2ndlevel of insurance.
- Loopholes: 1) Use a grant deed or warranty deed for transfers. 2) Take advantage of good state law.
