Wholesale Tip

Hi everyone! A wholesale tip I learned to help find properties is to create a "bandit" sign that says, "I buy ugly houses" or something to that extent. You never know when someone is looking to sell their home. If they call the number on your bandit sign you can offer them a price and get the property under contract. Once you have the property under contract you can wholesale it to an investor and make a nice profit for doing so.
