Jump on the forums and go to the Wholesaling section . . . this question has been asked and answered many times before, along with many others that might come up. I'd also highly recommend reading all of Steph Davis' posts on the BiggerPockets blog . . . she writes about wholesaling every week. Just a FYI - blogs are great for sharing info, but for questions, I definitely think you should post in the forums. Good luck!

I totally agree with Josh. Go over to the Wholesale forum and read and ask questions. You will learn everything and more.
