A CLOSER LOOK AT FEBRUARY...

The latest report from the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) gave a very positive look at the recent increase in closed sales in February for the entire and area, not including Marco Island.  This report even broke down the sales by different areas, such as, , , etc.  In order to get a little more defined look, there are now numbers by ZIP code.  The area as defined by NABOR includes the 34109, 34110 and 34119 ZIP codes.  The 34110 code, which includes such communities as, , , , , , , and to name a few, had 53 closed sales in the month of February, 2010.  Of these 53...http://chrisanddick.wordpress.com
