Nobody ever scored a basket from the bench..

For years, i have been looking at this space of real estate from the outside, watching people create massive portfolios and close great deals. All journeys in life begin with a first step and I am finally taking mine! Sports has taught me that you can never be successful if you don't get in the game, and so I am really excited to be moving into a new chapter of life. Currently, I have my first deal under contract and am looking to close in the next couple of weeks. This first house will be a rental property. My partner and I already have our eyes out for our second deal and have just decided to go for it! We have learned so much about the process already just through this one deal. I can't wait to take on more knowledge in this area and connect with the great people here in the BP community.
