Is this even POSSIBLE?
Ever find yourself wondering this? Personally, I have read tons of posts from individuals, watched several youtube videos, and hear about success stories from all sides. Why then is to so difficult to find proper direction? Why is everyone claiming success, riches, etc but the reality is that the real estate game may be far from the wealth building industry claim it to be. I am in one of these moments. I feel thrown to the wolves with only my fists as defense. Yeah, quite a hopeless situation. For newbies there has to be a better way. Who has a program/template that someone can follow. I am a very willing and eager newbie who works hard, hustles, and can sell. I just don't feel like I have a voice. Can someone help?

Every real estate strategy works for someone, you have to figure out which one works for you. I'd start with a list of what are your strengths. What do you have that sets you apart? Where does it look like you're cheating. Then find a strategy that utilizes those special skills. Best of luck!
