What is your "Why Factor?"

Welcome to the blog of Joshua Riturban (friends call me Josh) through “The J.Rit Tip.” Here I will be providing readers with helpful tips, thoughts, and resources for self-improvement. Most of the learning material will focus on self-help, real estate investing, and my experiences in life to propel others to achieve success.

 I know success will continuously come because I have my "why factors." Why do I keep working this business? I want more time with my family and friends.

  1. Great to meet you Josh. I am interested in you Blog approach. My "why" is simple. I searched and searched for something that I enjoyed and was also able to make a substantial living. Once I narrowed it down, it all seemed to fall into place. So that is my "why".
