How St. Louis Has Fallen: The Dollhouse Problem

I'm guessing I'm not unlike most of the people on Bigger Pockets in my tendency to spend every extra moment I have listening to podcasts. Anything that doesn't require 100% of my brain power, means I can also be learning something new. One of these podcasts is called 99% Invisible. They focus on a lot of design related topics, but often those elements cross boundaries and impact the real estate world. This podcast, episode 283, is one of those. I found this incredibly interesting both as an Architect and as an investor.

  1. Ashley I love this podcast! I'm glad you brought it to the attention of the BP community. It is an easy listen as most podcast are around 20 minutes long and the topics vary greatly but all have to do with some aspect of design (not just buildings but any type of design).
