To my knowledge, this is Charlottes first blog dedicated to keep readers updated on our buying model and real estate updates for the market in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 Foreclosures are threatening our local Charlotte market and forcing major coporations in the South mortgage industry such as Wachovia.
