Day 6-7

I am very excited for today. I have been building up my buyers list for the last three or so days and yesterday I found a very motivated buyer in a co-league of mine. His lease on his apartment is expiring at the end of Feb. meaning he has a short window in which to find some other suitable arrangement for living. When I proposed that he find a home instead of an apartment, he stated that time is of the essence and that if I can find a smart, attractive deal then he would be willing to buy from me. I am looking for a 3b2b around Schaumburg for about 150k. Already today I have been scouring FSBO's website and Zillow looking for any properties that meet the criteria. I am very motivated to find a deal that will work for everyone involved. I will be making irregular updates over the next few days as this situation unfolds.
