We Found Our First Deal

Yesterday at 10 am we submitted out first offer on a property.

Its a 5000 square foot foreclosure we found down in Richmond. Our majority partner is asking 300k for it.

It's exciting thing, to put that offer in. Especially coming from where I am now. The most money I've ever had is just over 1 K between my savings and checking. I'm 21, currently working as a door guy at a popular night club here in the city. I even dropped out of school and still live with my parents.

But guess what? There are no damn excuses. If this deal goes through, my partners and I are scheduled to make almost 10k each once we sell. That's a pretty good return for only paying for gas money and picking up the phone. And if not, no worries. Just charge your phone, fill up your tank and hit the streets again. There's a deal around every corner.

  1. Cool, Jacob, my partner and I are in the same boat, offered on a property today as well near Westpark and Wilcrest.  That's great to hear you're generating leads like mad.  That's one part I'm struggling with being part time.
