Terrified if realtors

I want to start my blog with a sentence I read on my facebook inbox. A lady wrote, I need to buy a  house but I am terrified of agents!

When I read a person expressing fear towards hiring an professional that should be helping her I realized  she is not the only one, and only a good experience will help her to find the value in a well prepared professional.

The true is I am scared of unprepared agents as well, as an investor  I have been with professionals of different levels, and most of them dont care about your money at all.

It is hard to find a good agent, a person willing to help more than to win and open to understand how their decisions can affect their clients life in so many levels.  Is important to be prepared, know your market and know your clients personal situation to start helping them with the property search so they dont waste time and money they may dont have.

My first experience as an investors were using wrong agents, they were not new they were professionals, but they didnt do their homework, they show me properties out of my range, they gave me wrong data, they didnt ask me the right questions, and the worse, tehy made me waste time, make offers to low or choosing properties with too much work to be done.So now, as an agent I tried not to be that person and help more than win.
