First Lesson Learned about Wholesaling

Still learning. I have less than a month to assign my contact but I still don't have a buyer. I knew real estate was the way to increase my income but had no idea of the highs and lows my mind would experience trying to transition a contract on a house I didn't research well. My next contract will definitely be done with extensive research and expert advice from those who have gone before me. I will not give up.
