Path to Multi Family Success

So path to multifamily success right? Sounds like a strong title! However, we should be honest and say there is a small caveat with the title. My partner and I have never invested in a Multi Family property. To add to that, we don’t exactly know all the steps one needs to take to purchase one. So now you ask, why should one even keeping reading? Easy, because we know we’re not alone in this assertion. We know there are many people on Bigger Pockets who also would one day want to upsize and purchase a multi-family, but like us are on square 1 of their journey. This blog will entail our step by step process on how we achieve our goal of getting our first multifamily property. It will include the triumphs (hopefully there are some) and will include the many, many mistakes we will make on this journey. We will aim to update the blog every week on the steps and try to convey our emotions during this period.

So, sit back and enjoy the journey. We know it will be a fun (and scary ride), but at least we won’t be going on it alone. We’ll have you guys to back me up.

See you guys next week with an updated post.

Best,

Chudi and Marcus
