Some useful list types include high equity, pre-foreclosure, absentee owners, probate, and more. Direct to seller marketing can cut out the middleman and speak directly to the motivated sellers.

Direct mail is successful for real estate investors because the content can be personalized. Merge the person's name, include the actual physical address and other specific details about the area. Citing stats about the neighborhood, such as rising market values or new construction, will detail that you are an expert.
