Selling a Home With Foundation Issues

Below are some signs you may have issues with your home's foundation:

Gaps around doors and window frames

A floor that sags in areas

Chimney that tilts

Cracks in the floor, wall, or along the foundation

Windows and doors that don’t open or close easily or get stuck

The ground beneath adjusts by either rising or lowering, which causes the concrete to shift. This shifting results in damage to the foundation and, ultimately, the home.

If you need to sell a home with foundation problems, consider selling directly to a professional home buyer, who will buy the home "as-is" within 7-10 days. Get a fair cash offer with no stress!
