Rule #2 Skip Trace in Bulk

Question: If I placed 500 motivated sellers in front of you, how many deals would you close?

Just like real estate, skip tracing is a numbers game. I see a lot of new investors obsess over just one or two properties.  This is the wrong approach.  You will spend a lot of money on a dead end, get frustrated, and eventually give up.  Your goal is to get in touch with as many motivated owners as possible as cheaply as possible and the only way to do this is to skip trace in bulk.

Back to my question.  How many deals could you close if given 500 motivated seller leads?  Please respond below.
