All over the globe, you find people who barrow money from bank and money ending institutions to buy a home of their choice it a commercial property. As you barrow money from these institution, the title of your home is still remain with your lender. It will then be transferred to your name right after you have paid for your mortgage loan. If you have failed to pay for your mortgage loan, then the banks has all the right to your home away from you by means of foreclosure.
