Boise, Idaho: Market Statistics for June 2017

For those of you who have been following the market in the Treasure Valley, the story has been the same for the past few months… inventory is down, but demand is up. 

This has been the perfect time for investors who have underperforming rental properties to sell and get top dollar.  But, even with prices higher than average, we still have seen an influx of individuals moving to Boise, buying rental properties, or moving to a new neighborhood.
