March Massachusetts Housing Numbers

In a surprise to exactly no one in the real estate market, 3,632 single-family home sales recorded in Massachusetts for March is an 8% dip from March 2017. Simultaneously, the median single-family sale price increased 5.4% to $354,000, up from $335,750 a year earlier. Lower inventory = higher prices... shocking!!
