Welcome to The Beginning Real Estate Investing Blog & Podcast

Hello!  My name is Chris.  Thanks for checking out this new blog, with a podcast dedicated to the beginning real estate investor. 

We understand that there are many podcasts, and blogs that offer great content. Personally, I love the BiggerPockets podcast, and try and listen every week. However, this is a little different. We are going break down key concepts, and topics and dig deep into how to either get started, or review the basics on how begin Real Estate Investing.

Like many of you, I had done a lot of research, and education.  I was listening to podcasts, and reading/listening to a lot of books on Real Estate Investing. But I was in the typical analysis paralysis phase. Afraid to take the jump. And part of this fear was the basic nuts and bolts of how a deal is built. How to find, fund, and process the deal.

As I recently completed my first, second, and was in the process of my third deal. I thought it may be helpful for others to hear my story, and help dissect the process I could share my experiences and hopefully relieve the fear, or apprehensiveness of other wannabe Real Estate Investors.  Allowing others to take action, and begin their fist, of many, deals! 

My Friend, Kelly, who is also beginning her Real Estate Investing career will be co-hosting with me and we will be inviting guests from time to time to share their perspective, or expertise on a certain topic.
