3 Ways to declutter your head

Becoming laser focused on your endeavour, such as investing in notes, will give you better results. It all starts with your environment and work space. In this short article I am going to share three places where you can specifically clean up to help you declutter your head. When you eliminate extra visual objects and stimulus, it will give you more opportunity to focus and make money faster.

Clean and organize your desk. You can really tell a lot about a person by how they keep their desk. Would you want to work with a financial advisor or stockbroker that has papers all over his desk, six inches high. It's not uncommon to meet with financial experts and seeing some of his clients paperwork spread throughout their desk where other people can see. This person isn't organized, and how can you hold them accountable for making you money?

Keeping your desk organized with minimal distractions will help your focus out dramatically. Only have the essentials on the top and store items that you use seldom in the draws. Be sure to dust the desk each month or as needed. You want this to by your magic area for your creative ideas to fun. Treat it as such!

Clean your car. Another place that can use a good cleaning each week is your car. I know everyone has busy lives, but you need to take at least five minutes each day to tidy up your car. Throw out extra garbage, water bottles, and papers that fell on the floor. This will keep your car looking good and professional. Like the desk, you can tell how disorganized a person’s life is based on their cars. Read about it on Google. It's amazing what studies have been conducted about someone’s car.

Clean and organize your bedroom. Your resting room is the place that you rest and rejuvenate for the coming day. It's amazing to see how people keep this room! Studies have shown that if you keep your bedroom clean, fresh, and organized, your life will mirror this behavior. Take time each week to clean the linens, vacuum, and clean your bathroom. Pick up any loose clothing articles and objects off the floor and place then in an organized closet or drawer. The act of doing this and maintaining it will lessen your stress, declutter your mind, and even give you a better night's sleep!

Keeping the three listed areas of your life clean and tidy will lessen the amount of clutter in your head and lead to better results in your business. The reason is that you are spending more time thinking about other things than what needs to be done in these areas.

I hope this helps you out, and would like to know your thoughts in the comments below. Be Sure to share with a friend who could benefit from this article.

To your success,
