How time blocking can benefit your non performing note business

Organizing your time when investing in notes is critical. You have so much to manage and need to prioritize what needs to get done and on which days. In this short article I will teach you how to block time in your calendar and set your up for your success.

The first thing you want to do is get a calendar or planner with the day's blocked out with lines. These planners can be purchased at Target or Office Max. It helps if at the beginning of the month you can see a monthly view and then later see a weekly view with adequate room to fill in your activities for the day.

Once you have your chosen planner you will go to the weekly view and write in each day, spaced on each line, AM1, AM2, PM1, PM2. This will give you your most important activities to complete during that day in the morning and afternoon. I always want each day to be super productive so it's best to focus on one thing and get it done to the highest degree. You can learn more about this in the book called “The One Thing”.

I’ll give you a very helpful hint...place your marketing on your priorities list. I’ll explain this more in the video provided. Marketing in your business gets the word out about you raising money to buy notes. Without your marketing to investors, you can’t buy any notes and make money. On the other days during different times, put in different things like contacting asset managers or managing loan servicer companies on your behalf.

You can use these time blocks for personal objectives too like going to the gym or yoga practice. The time blocks only need to make sense to you, because you are achieving them.

A Lot of people ask when should I fill these time blocks out. Its up to you and how you operate! I like to fill out my week on Sunday evenings when reviewing my goals. The time blocks should help you get closer to your prospective goals.

To get more help and strategy on time blocking, I encourage your to visit our resource center and contact Scott Carson at WE CLOSE NOTES and Chase Thompson at NOTE MBA. They are my mentors and fully suggest their mentorship.

I hope this helps you, if it did please share with a friend.
