Mountain Gate Condos

I've personally sold a lot of homes in the complex in Southwest Littleton. In fact, I'm scheduled to close on a unit I helped a buyer find tomorrow afternoon.

I always keep my eye on this great complex, and right now, HUD has open bidding on a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. That means an investor (or an owner/occupant) can own a 1,400+ square foot unit for $136,000! This is an amazing deal!

For those of you who don't know, Mountain Gate Condos are located off of Ken Caryl Ave just East of C-470. The views from this neighborhood are amazing.
