Canyon Ranch Highlands Ranch Condos Latest Market Statistics

One of the most popular, and most affordable, complexes for is the Canyon Ranch neighborhood located just south of County Line rd off of Colorado Blvd. This complex offers units in the low to mid $100's in a great area with its own pool, hot tub and clubhouse.

 

With nearly 500 units in the neighborhood, over the past decade, seeing close to 20 units at a time on the market was not uncommon. However, with the recent buyer demand in the market, the availability of these great condos are becoming increasingly rare. in fact, in this complex of hundreds of units, there are only 5 condos available for sale!

 

We have sold dozens and dozens of homes in this complex over the past many years, and continually run market stats on the area. Below is the latest from Metrolist. On important note, many agents fail to report sold condos in Canyon Ranch using the correct subdivision name. because of this, many times sold numbers are not reported accurately in the Metrolist figures.
