Canyon Ranch Highlands Ranch

is a wonderful community located at the intersection of Colorado Blvd and County Line Rd. This community has just under 500 units ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom condos.

Canyon Ranch has it's own pool, clubhouse, hot tub and workout room. In addition, it is also in Highlands Ranch giving you access to the 4 community rec centers and all of the programs they offer.

I've personally sold many, many condos in this area. I'm getting ready to put a 3 bedroom unit on the market next week. In preparation for that listing, I was running sales stats which I thought I'd share here.
