You don't need a mentor...you need a partner. Two very different things my friend. Search BP for tips on locating a partner...it's been discussed ad nauseum so there's no reason to wander in the darkness. Don't wait any longer, get a partner so you can start making money and learning at the same time.

Im sorry guys @Guy Gimenez@Manolo D. I havent been on bigger pockets in a long time and I am not doing wholesaling anymore and i forgot to take that off my profile before i started this convo. i want to purchase my first investment property, which is why i am searching for a mentor.
