Hello,

If you are a property manager in Dallas or Fort Worth who manages 100+ properties, I have some questions for you:

1. What is the vacancy rate?

2. When a property is vacant, and you were accepting applications, how many applications comes in on the month when it is first vancant?

3. What is the average length of time of tenants living in the your managed rental?

4. What do you do when tenants stopped paying rent?

Thanks for answering my questions. I am considering to invest in Fort Worth and Dallas area =)

Helen Zhang Hi Helen - if you call some managers I bet you'd get this info easily. But DFW is a large area, and there are great variations by neighborhood. The ones that this info readily available get my attention.
