Looking for large Portfolio to Buy

We are currently completing our acquisition of 65 properties. If you are selling a large portfolio, I want to speak to you. If you know someone selling a large portfolio call me.

I am looking for 50 plus units, can be a mix of SFR, duplexes and above. I am looking for off market properties from a seller liquidating a large portfolio.

    I received a new list that includes 2 bank portfolio packages.

    One is 52 Doors- 27 Houses, (3 duplex) (2 triplex) (2 fourplex) (1 5plex) - variety of homes and mulit units, bedrooms and sqft.

    The second is 87 doors (off market) South Florida. 36 1bedrooms, 51 studios, total square ft of rental = 33,440

    1 SFR in Hallandale Beach Florida - 5 beds, 5 baths, 5339 sqft, 1 Acre of land, brick home (no real repairs needed, house is just dated, any repairs would be up to you)
