This is just outside Dallas - suburbs

Has Toyota headquarters there, Nebraska Furniture store, Dallas Cowboys training camp, & Liberty Mutual.

This is a 4/2 on 2 lots that are currently being divided.

The other lot can be built on.

Property is under contract for $185K

I am asking a $7500K assignment fee for the 4/2. If you want both lots I would like a $15K assignment fee.

    Have you sold these properties yet? And do you have anything else in inventory?

    I am an end buyer and can proof of funds and a resume of projects I have done

    in the past.
