Looking to sell my old home and, for a short period of time, rental located near the corner of Dearborn Heights and Allen Park just off Van Born Rd. The home was built in 1954 and is 720 sf, 2 beds/1 bath, with a 1.5 car garage.

Home has already been inspected by the City of Taylor and I plan to sell the home move in ready with the Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Taylor at purchase closing. I hope to sell by owner and already have a title company set up to handle the transaction. Asking $65,000 or best, willing to take less if I can sell by owner.
