Phil has been creating a new financial model based on comments from a lot of folks and one I put together several years ago. Does anyone have a building 12 units or larger that they would like to do a pro forma on and later track in the model? We would like to get some real world deals to use in the model to work out the bugs and improve it over time.

My company bought a 12 unit building by partnering with one high net worth investor. We are looking to grow our company on a larger platform by pooling additional funds. We have access to quality deals but need the capital to complete them. I would be willing to volunteer....thanks, Dave.
