To the licensed real estate professionals, what are the advantages of having a license while investing? (Feel free to tell me about the disadvantages too if you have a moment lol)

You can see properties on your own time, get instant access to all of the data, and get to keep commissions. There is also the potential for some killer tax advantages depending on your situation. The main disadvantage would be the up-front cost to become licensed and fees to maintain your license. If you do enough transactions either for yourself or picking up retail clients, it's easy to justify those costs.

@Jason Washington nevermind. I just read your profile and saw that you’re looking to buy and hold, so I’ll adjust my question. Have you ever been sold a propert by a wholesaler?

@Account Closed I haven't bought anything from a wholesaler yet. I'm not opposed to it, it just happened to work out that the stuff I bought in the past has been on the MLS.

Another advantage is writing your own offers, and the general time savings in everything, not having to wait on another broker.
