Hello awesome people,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but I figure I’ll try anyways.

I’m moving to Detroit in two months to invest in real state. I’m currently taking online classes to get my Michigan real state license. I don’t want to be a real state agent, I’m just doing it for my personal benefit. I know that you are supposed to have a broker sponsor you in order to apply for the license, How do I find a broker since I’m not looking for a job within their business?
