Condo buy & hold investment in Dallas.

I bought a 2 bedroom condo, I rent out a one of the rooms on Airbnb and use the other when I am in Dallas.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking for a centrally located space with minimal upkeep. I was also looking for a safety net(place to live) to allow me buy more time to learn the Dallas market before making larger deals.
