I currently have 3 residential rental properties but am looking to get into the commercial sector. I have 15 years of logistics, warehouse and distribution experience including designing distribution centers. I feel like this will allow me to understand a lot of granular aspects of important factors when it comes to the structure itself. However, I would like to find a mentor who has experience in finding and closing industrial properties real estate so I can learn the in and outs, thanks in advance.
