    I think they bit off more than they can chew and didn't expect rentals to so much work.

    I'm right there with you on that one. Wal Mart street needs to stay OUT of residential real estate!

    A bit more of that sort of publicity and ads mentioning "locally owned" could lead to more calls and higher rents
