I'm an out-of-state owner of a rental property in the Columbia, SC area. I'm planning to transition from using a local property management company to self-managing the property. To comply with the City's rental property registration requirements, I need to designate a local contact and provide their name, address, phone number, and email (https://www.richlandcountysc.gov/Property-Business/Business/...). I will continue to handle all aspects of property management myself, so I'm simply looking for someone who is willing to serve as the required local contact—not to actively manage the property.
